Church governance is based on biblical principles and is viewed as an extension of being in right relationship with God and one another. Leaders are prayerfully selected by the body to minister, teach, and administrate; final authority and decision-making, however, belongs to the congregation.
Service to God is regarded as evidence of healthy spirituality. Members strive to respond individually and as a congregation to specific opportunities as God leads and equips, in order to carry the message of the gospel into the community and the world.
